These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Website and the purchase of products offered by Maurèle BV (“Maurèle”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

Maurèle offers ready-to-wear clothing, accessories, and related products curated from third-party brands.
Product descriptions, photographs, and prices are provided with the utmost care. However, minor variations (including colour differences due to screen display, artisanal finishes, or fabric batches) may occur and shall not constitute grounds for liability.
Products are offered subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, Maurèle will inform the customer as soon as possible and issue a refund if necessary.

All prices are indicated in EUR unless otherwise stated and include applicable VAT.
Shipping costs, duties, or additional taxes (if applicable) are displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
Maurèle reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Products are invoiced at the price in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. Maurèle shall not be held liable for delays caused by carriers or external circumstances.

8. Right of Withdrawal (Online Purchases Only)
In accordance with EU consumer law, customers purchasing online have the right to withdraw from their purchase within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt, without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, the customer must notify Maurèle in writing within the withdrawal period.
